• Automated end-to-end project controlling and profitability reporting
• Built executive dashboards for project performance, revenue, Gross Margin, and profitability analysis
• Developed project lifecycle reporting from quotation through execution to final financial results
• Implemented Gross Margin calculations by combining revenue, material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• Created workforce allocation and timesheet analytics for resource utilization and capacity planning
• Built inventory, warehouse, and material consumption dashboards linked directly to project profitability
• Automated financial reconciliation across ERP, accounting, and operational systems
• Designed a centralized Power BI semantic model providing a single source of truth
