  • Built transparent sales performance dashboards supporting bonus and incentive management
  • Automated KPI-driven bonus calculations with fully traceable and auditable business logic
  • Implemented a centralized Power BI semantic model with standardized commercial KPIs
  • Applied Row-Level Security (RLS) and scheduled refreshes to ensure secure, up-to-date reporting
  • Delivered interactive dashboards for executives, sales managers, controllers, and sales representatives
